The C7500G uses genuine Epson ink cartridges in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Gloss Black. Cartridges for other ColorWorks printers, including the C7500, won’t work in the C7500G.

The gloss ink version comes with a gloss black ink that's optimized to print on the widest variety of media, including paper and synthetic materials, and various media finishes, like glossy, matte, plain, texture and more.

The matte ink version comes with matte black ink that delivers a darker, sharper black for both text and images when printed on matte, textured, and plain paper label media compared to gloss. Both gloss and matte printer versions use the same CMYK color cartridges and have BS5609 certification.

Ink Cartridge Return Policy

Unopened ink cartridges may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. To request one, contact us at 800-875-7000 or support@smithcorona.com.
An RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date it is created.
The RMA number must be visible on all returns. Do not write on the original product box.
Opened or used ink cartridges do not qualify for return.
Products that are discontinued or obsolete from the manufacturer do not qualify for return.
Returned ink cartridges will be sent back to the customer if:
- The cartridge packaging has been opened.
- The return is received more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- The condition of the returned product is misrepresented in any way.
- The product is damaged in any way.
- The RMA number is missing, invalid, or expired.

Packaging Requirements

The original manufacturer’s packaging must be unopened, clean, and undamaged, with no marks of any kind, including writing, stamps, or shipping labels.
All returns must be double-boxed.
For customers on credit terms, credit will be applied to your account once the returned product is received.

Defective Cartridges

Defective ink cartridges are handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty and return policies.

Additional Information

Misships must be claimed within 15 days of the invoice date.
The customer is responsible for the condition of returned items.
The customer is responsible for any costs incurred due to misrepresentation of a product’s condition.
