The recent Wayfair case now requires Sellers to collect and remit sales tax on all purchases unless the Seller is provided with a current sales tax exemption certificate for each state where the product is shipped. The list of states where we do collect sales tax can be found below. We are therefore required to update our sales tax exemption database to comply with the new law.
If your purchases from us are exempt for sales tax, please provide a new sales tax exemption certificate for each state where you are tax exempt. If we do not have current sales tax exemption certificates, we will be charging sales tax on all purchases you make for shipment to states that we do not have an exemption certificate on file.
