U.S. State Sales Tax

Information regarding how we handle state sales tax
as well as instructions and related forms for tax exempt buyers

The recent Wayfair case now requires Sellers to collect and remit sales tax on all purchases unless the Seller is provided with a current sales tax exemption certificate for each state where the product is shipped. The list of states where we do collect sales tax can be found below. We are therefore required to update our sales tax exemption database to comply with the new law.

If your purchases from us are exempt for sales tax, please provide a new sales tax exemption certificate for each state where you are tax exempt. If we do not have current sales tax exemption certificates, we will be charging sales tax on all purchases you make for shipment to states that we do not have an exemption certificate on file.

Please create an account and email us your certificate before you place your first order. We will confirm that everything is all set.

If you are unsure of what form you would need to fill out, here are some example certificates from states where we collect sales tax. If you have any questions you can call us at 800-875-7000:
