Return Policy
  • A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. To request one, contact us at 800-875-7000 or support@smithcorona.com.
  • An RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date it is created.
  • The RMA number must be visible on all returns. Do not write on the original product box.
  • Products that are discontinued or obsolete from the manufacturer do not qualify for return.
  • Used products do not qualify for return.
  • Returned products will be sent back to the customer if:
    • The product is returned missing any components sent with the original order.
    • The condition of the returned product is misrepresented in any way.
    • The product is damaged in any way.
    • The RMA number is missing, invalid, or expired.
    • A product returned as DOA (dead on arrival) tests as fully functioning.
Non-DOA Returns
  • Open-box returns are not accepted for non-DOA products. The product box must be clean and undamaged, with no marks of any kind, including writing, stamps, or shipping labels. All products must be double-boxed.
  • The original manufacturer’s packaging, both inside and outside, must be unused. Returns must include all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc., exactly as received.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
  • For customers on credit terms, credit will be applied to your account once the returned product is received.
DOA Returns
  • DOA returns are handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty and return policies.
  • Products that show signs of use are not returnable as DOA.
  • For customers on credit terms, credit will be applied to your account once the returned product is received.
Additional Information
  • Misships must be claimed within 15 days of the invoice date.
  • The customer is responsible for the condition of returned items.
  • The customer is responsible for any costs incurred due to misrepresentation of a product’s condition.
Promotions
  • Eligible Epson ColorWorks printer purchases may qualify for a promotional coupon code valued between $500 and $1,500, redeemable on inkjet labels only.
  • If the printer order is canceled before it ships and before a label order is placed using the coupon code, the coupon code will be canceled.
  • If the printer is returned without a replacement, the coupon code will be voided.
    • If a label order using the coupon code has been placed but has not yet shipped, the coupon code will be canceled, the label order will be charged at full price.
    • If a label order using the coupon code has already shipped, the coupon amount will be deducted from the printer refund.
