Non-Perforated Direct Thermal Labels
Non-perforated labels are best for print and apply applications and printers that are equipped to use a feature known as peel and present mode. These labels are most commonly used for shipping labels, but they can also be used for case and pallet identification, barcoding, tracking, and inventory.
Print and apply machines combine a printer and label dispenser to automatically remove labels from the liner and apply them to your products, cases, and pallets.
Peel and present mode allows the label to be automatically peeled from the liner as it is printing while the liner is fed back into the printer, allowing for labels to be hand-applied one at a time.
We offer 5" outer diameter (OD) rolls that can be used in desktop printers and 8" and 12" outer diameter (OD) rolls that can be used in industrial printers. It is important to note that direct thermal labels do not require a ribbon to print.
