• Do You Do Color Matching?

  
  Yes, we do offer color matching services, backed by our Pantone verification. This means we can accurately replicate your desired colors and maintain consistency across your labels.

• What Is The Core Size Of Your Labels?

  
  The core size refers to the diameter of the cardboard which the label material is wound on. Our standard core size for our custom labels is a 3” core.

• What File Formats Do You Accept For Label Artwork?

  
  We accept a variety of file formats including PDF (preferred), EPS, SVG, JPEG and PNG files. If you need help with the artwork preparation, contact us.

• What Is The Typical Turnaround Time For Custom Label Orders?

  
  The turnaround time for custom label orders depends on various factors, including the complexity of the design, quantity and production schedule. We strive to provide fast and efficient service, and our team will provide you with a timeline prior to you placing your order.

• Do You Offer Label Proofs?

  
  When placing your order, we will send a digital proof of your label design to approve before production. If revisions are needed, please communicate your feedback clearly, and we’ll work closely with you to address any adjustments necessary to meet your requirements.

• Can I Expedite Shipping?

  
  Yes! We would recommend that you provide us with either your FedEx or UPS collect account to expedite some or all of your order. If you want us to add the expedited shipping charge to your bill, please ask for an estimate.

• Is Shipping Free?

  
  Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping. The reason for that is simple: we want you, the customer, to see the true cost of our labels. Many other companies will offer free shipping as a value added service, which they ultimately use as a mechanism to charge you more than needed on labels. We prefer our customers to get a true apples to apples comparison.

• How Do I Estimate My Shipping Cost?

• What Is LTL Shipping?

  
  If your order is large enough, it might ship LTL. LTL stands for less than truckload freight shipping. LTL shipping is typically much cheaper on a per case basis than UPS or FedEx ground. In addition to LTL being cheaper than UPS or FedEx ground, LTL shipping will ensure your goods arrive in pristine condition. This is due to the fact that the shipment will be placed on a pallet and shrink wrapped.

• Can My Order Be Shipped Collect On My Account?

  
  Yes of course! Please indicate that you would like your order shipped collect on your purchase order or at the time of checkout.

• Can I Return My Order?

  
  If you purchase an item that is considered non-stock (made to order), our customer service team will provide a detailed specifications sheet for review. Once approved and signed, we will begin production on this made to order item. If there is a defect in the label that is produced, we will refund or replace the order, whichever you prefer. Outside of a defect in the label, Smith Corona does not offer returns for made to order items.

• What Is My Return Timeline?

  
  To initiate a refund due to a mistake, you must contact us within 60 days of the shipment date of your order.

• What If My Order Is Damaged During Transit?

  
  If your package is damaged in shipping, we may ask to see a photo of your order so we can see what happened. In most cases, we will reprint your order and ship it to you as quickly as possible.

  Smith Corona offers a wide range of payment options to their customers. We offer the following credit card options - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, Smith Corona offers PayPal as another payment option. Finally, we also offer Net 30 payment terms to credit worthy customers.

For example, if your product will be exposed to moisture or different elements, a waterproof and durable material like polypropylene might be suitable. If you are looking for a more affordable label, consider a material like paper.

  Yes, we offer a variety of varnishes and laminates to enhance the appearance and durability of your labels. Our options include gloss and matte varnishes, as well as gloss and matte laminates. These finishes not only add visual appeal but also provide protection against moisture, abrasion and fading to ensure that your label maintains their quality and appearance over time.
