Las Vegas has a reputation like no other.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Sin City. Thrilling nightlife. Party-like environment. High tourism rate. <\/span><\/p>\n Therefore, there\u2019s no surprise that it has a high concentration of cannabis users.<\/span><\/p>\n What\u2019s surprising, however, is that the State of Nevada has some of the strictest and most extensive list of regulations on cannabis in the country. And yet, despite these restrictions, the cannabis industry managed to pull in over $900 million in revenue in 2020 alone.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Label requirements for Nevada center around several areas: cannabis cultivation, cannabis product manufacturing, and cannabis sales of usable cannabis and cannabis products to dispensaries and retail stores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Each facility has different requirements for their labeling process.<\/span><\/p>\n The following information on labeling requirements is from the <\/span>Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board<\/span><\/a> (CCB) as of May 2021.
